从灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)子实体中曾分出过有降血糖作用的聚糖A,B,C。并从其另一部位中分出有抗癌作用的杂聚糖。本文作者进一步研究这些杂聚糖的降血糖作用,发现大多数杂聚糖均有降血糖作用,但其作用比聚糖弱,而且其降糖作用与抗癌作用不平行。
Ganoderma (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body had been separated from hypoglycemic effect of glycans A, B, C. And separated from another part of the anti-cancer role of heteroglycan. The authors further study the hypoglycemic effect of these heteroglycans and found that most heteroglycans have hypoglycemic effects, but their effects are weaker than those of glycan, and their hypoglycemic effect and anti-cancer effect are not parallel.
