目的 评价单克隆抗体磁共振造影剂 (chTNT -Gd -DTPA)显示肝肿瘤定性诊断的可能性。方法 荷人肝癌裸鼠动物模型经腹腔注射chTNT Gd DTPA即刻和 48h后 ,分别在MR、SET1WI显示强化的情况 ,并与单纯注射Gd DTPA的对照组进行比较。结果 在注射后即刻 ,两组间肿瘤的强化程度无差别。实验组在 48h后扫描 ,所有肿瘤仍有轻度强化呈稍高信号 ,而对照组肿瘤信号恢复至增强前信号。结论 chTNT Gd DTPA具有导向肝癌的特性 ,为MRI提高肝癌诊断的特异性提供了一定的依据
Objective To evaluate the possibility of qualitatively diagnosing hepatic tumors using monoclonal antibody magnetic resonance imaging (chTNT-Gd-DTPA). Methods The human hepatocellular carcinoma nude mice model was injected intraperitoneally with chTNT Gd DTPA immediately and 48h later, respectively. The enhancement was observed in MR and SET1WI and compared with that of Gd DTPA injection alone. Results Immediately after injection, there was no difference in the extent of tumor enhancement between the two groups. The experimental group scans after 48h, all tumors still slightly enhanced slightly higher signal, while the control group tumor signal restored to the enhanced signal. Conclusions ChTNT Gd DTPA has the characteristics of guiding hepatocellular carcinoma and provides a basis for MRI to improve the specificity of diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma
