随着现代社会的经济发展愈加繁荣,酒店业得到了快速发展,无论是旅游住宿、商务会议还是各类宴会,人们都会把酒店作为活动的首要地点。在高星级酒店硬件配置不相上下的情况下,人们更加重视酒店的软件设施。培训不仅能提高员工技能水平,提高服务质量,又能降低消耗。因此,培训对酒店的发展具有非常重要的意义。本文将对三亚JY大酒店目前的培训体系进行探讨分析,对其培训存在的问题进行研究并提出可行的建议。
With the economic prosperity of modern society, the hotel industry has been booming. Whether it is for tourist accommodation, business meetings or banquets, people regard the hotel as the premier venue for the event. In the case of comparable high-star hotel hardware configuration, people pay more attention to the hotel’s software facilities. Training can not only improve staff skills, improve service quality, but also reduce consumption. Therefore, the training is very important for the development of the hotel. This article will explore and analyze the present training system of JY Hotel in Sanya, research its problems in training and put forward feasible suggestions.
