目的:探究医院人事档案管理的数字化实现过程。方法:通过传统的医院人事档案管理与医院人事档案管理的数字化做对比,具体描述传统的医院人事档案管理和医院人事档案管理的数字化对比结果及优缺点。结果:传统医院人事档案管理具有设备落后,人事档案管理方案陈旧,和人员意识不足,管理制度落后等问题。导致工作效率极其低下,结论:医院人事档案管理的数字化可以充分避免这些可见问题,达到预期工作效果目的。
Objective: To explore the digitized implementation of hospital personnel records management. Methods: By comparing the traditional hospital personnel records management with the digitization of hospital personnel records management, the article concretely describes the digital comparison results and advantages and disadvantages of the traditional hospital personnel records management and hospital personnel records management. Results: The management of personnel files in traditional hospitals lags behind with outdated equipment, obsolete personnel records management programs, lack of staff awareness and backward management systems. Resulting in the extremely low efficiency of work. Conclusion: Digitization of hospital personnel records can fully avoid these visible problems and achieve the expected results.
