武汉市第一医院管竞环教授等最近完成的“右归丸血液的微量元素药效学初探及其与肾阳虚证疗效的实验研究”通过专家鉴定。该课题选用右归丸组方,以微量元素为指标,监测动物血液中24h微量元素的代谢情况,发现右归丸在动物体内被吸收利用后,有一个“微量元素特征谱”,且微量元素在动物血液中的浓度存在着明显的时间变化规律,可望为中药、方剂的血液浓度监测提供一个新的观察指标。本课题还对右归丸治疗肾阳虚动物模型的疗效和微量元素与生化指标的关
Prof. Guan Jinghua, the First Hospital of Wuhan City, and other recently completed “Experimental Study on the Pharmacodynamics of Trace Elements in Blood of Yougui Pills and Its Effect on Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome” were identified by experts. This topic selected Zuogui Pills group, using trace elements as indicators to monitor the metabolism of trace elements in animal blood for 24 hours. After finding that Yougui Pill was absorbed and used in animals, there was a “microelement feature spectrum” and trace elements. There is a clear time variation in the concentration of blood in animals, which is expected to provide a new observation index for blood concentration monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine and herbal medicine. This topic also discusses the efficacy and trace elements and biochemical indicators of Yougui pill in treating kidney-yang deficiency animal models.
