有关妇科运用蝉蜕的经验报道极少,我们根据其功能,世医经验及药理作用,应用于妇科临床。在外用方面:蝉蜕15g,黄柏12g。上药加水500ml,煎20分钟,取计250ml;二煎加水300ml,煎15分钟,取什150ml。两汁相混,外洗,每次温洗15～20分钟,每日一次,连续3～5天。治疗由于阴挺(子宫脱垂),脱出的阴道壁充血水肿痛疼。共观察治疗9例,其中治愈6
There are very few reports on the use of warts in gynecology. We have applied them to the clinical practice of gynecology according to their functions, experience and pharmacological effects. In terms of external use: 蝉蜕 15g, Phellodendron 12g. 500ml of water is added to the drug, and it is simmered for 20 minutes and the total weight is 250ml. The second is 300ml of water and is fried for 15 minutes. The two juices are mixed and washed, and each time warm washing 15-20 minutes once a day for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
