研究了X60钢级准508mm×9.5mmHFW钢管焊缝的腰鼓形(热影响区)宽度(h)、熔合线宽度(f)、流线角(α)等结构参数对其冲击性能的影响,并对焊缝结构参数的主要影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:h、f、α与HFW焊缝冲击吸收功AKV间近似呈正态分布关系,较高或较低的h、f、α值所对应的AKV值也较小;f与α间呈线性关系,较大的f值对应着较小的α值;对于所取试样,其腰鼓形中心宽度hn值为管壁厚的1/5~1/3;熔合线中心宽度fn为0.08~0.20mm;α值在50°~70°之间时,可得到较好的韧性。
The influence of structural parameters such as width (h), weld line width (f) and streamline angle (α) on the impact performance of X60 grade quasi-508mm × 9.5mmHFW steel pipe weld was studied. The main influencing factors of the structural parameters of the weld were analyzed. The results show that there is a normal distribution between h, f and α and the impact energy of AKW weld, and AKV values of higher and lower h, f and α values are smaller. The larger the value of f, the smaller the value of α. For the sample taken, the waist width center width hn is 1/5 to 1/3 of the wall thickness of the tube, and the center width fn of the fusion line is 0.08 ~ 0.20mm; α value between 50 ° ~ 70 °, get better toughness.
