运用动力学理论对轻量化桥式起重机起升机构进行受力分析,计算出起升机构三支点的支反力并运用在小车模型的加载过程中,缩短了模型求解时间,求解减速器低速轴端所受载荷并与仿真结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性,构建小车刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,研究吊重起升过程中系统的动力学特性,分析机构的受力状况,提出了轻量化起升机构设计的重要环节及薄弱点。三支点起升机构设计力学基础的研究,对掌握轻量化桥式起重机起升机构设计方法具有重要意义。
