为解决谷子杂交种的灌浆期叶片早衰难题,从植物生长调节剂和叶面肥入手,以自育杂交种66359为试验材料,通过测定喷施12种生长调节剂和3种叶面肥及清水对照后的主要农艺性状、干物重和灌浆期叶绿素SPAD值及其净光合速率,研究了不同植物生长调节剂和叶面肥对谷子杂交种农艺性状及部分生理指标的影响,筛选出适合谷子杂交种防早衰的植物生长调节剂和叶面肥。结果显示:根旺、海绿素、施丰、天赐宝4种药剂对谷子杂交种具有防早衰的作用。其生理效应主要表现在增加了叶片叶绿素的含量、提高了叶片光合速率,调节了同化物的运输和分配,提高了各个营养器官的干物质积累,促进了根系的发育,强壮了茎秆,延长叶片的功能期,防止了早衰。
