介绍了一种模拟井下工具工作环境的井筒结构,其最高试验温度为350℃、最大试验压力为150 MPa。校核了筒体的抗内压强度。采用楔形环和压紧盖及氟橡胶等组合密封形式。含有该井筒的试验井可以在高温高压条件下对油田用封隔类、打捞类、控制类等井下工具进行性能和可靠性测试。
A wellbore structure simulating the working environment of downhole tools is introduced. The maximum test temperature is 350 ℃ and the maximum test pressure is 150 MPa.
