当前,我国处于社会转型期与高等教育后大众化进程重叠时期,媒体和网络迅速发展,舆论的力量给高考管理带来了全新挑战。通过对高考舆情特点和存在问题的分析,探讨如何创建高考与传媒及大众之间的和谐关系,提出了舆情分析与危机处理的策略和方法,以期为教育考试的舆情监控及危机管理提供理论和实践参考,进而推进我国教育考试治理体系和治理能力现代化。
At present, our country is in the period of social transition and the popularization of higher education. The media and network have developed rapidly. The power of media has brought new challenges to the management of college entrance examination. Through analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of public opinion in college entrance examination, this paper discusses how to create a harmonious relationship between college entrance examination and the media and the general public, puts forward strategies and methods of public opinion analysis and crisis management in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for public opinion monitoring and crisis management of educational examinations, Practical reference, and then promote China’s education examination management system and the modernization of governance capacity.
