为探讨不同剂量和种类基因工程乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗的免疫效果 ,在北京市大兴县、顺义区抽取健康新生儿 193名 ,随机分为 3组 :Ⅰ组接种重组酵母乙肝疫苗 10 μg -5 μg -5 μg ,Ⅱ组接种重组酵母乙肝疫苗 5 μg -5 μg -5 μg ,Ⅲ组接种中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞乙肝基因工程疫苗 10 μg -10 μg -10 μg ,3组均按 0、1、6月程序接种。结果 :全程免疫后 1年 ,抗 -HBs阳转率分别为85 5 1%、86 44%、10 0 .0 0 % ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 5 0 5 0mIU/ml、5 2 34mIU/ml、14 3 19mIU/ml;全程免疫后 2年 ,抗 -HBs阳性率分别为 79 6 6 %、70 2 1%、95 5 6 % ,GMT分别为 2 5 98mIU/ml、30 48mIU/ml、6 9 5 8mIU/ml。表明 :对HBsAg阴性母亲所生的新生儿采用重组酵母乙肝疫苗 10 μg -5 μg -5 μg与 5 μg -5 μg -5 μg接种 ,其抗 -HBs阳转率及GMT差异无显著的统计学意义 ,但免疫后第 2年 ,采用 5 μg -5 μg -5 μg免疫组的抗体下降速度较 10 μg -5 μg -5 μg组为快 ;两个重组酵母乙肝疫苗接种组与CHO乙肝基因工程疫苗接种组比较抗 -HBs阳性率和GMT的差异均有显著的统计学意义 ,CHO乙肝基因工程疫苗接种组免疫效果最好
In order to investigate the immunogenicity of hepatitis B vaccine with different doses and genotypes, 193 healthy newborns were selected from Daxing County and Shunyi District of Beijing. They were randomly divided into three groups: Group Ⅰ was vaccinated with recombinant hepatitis B vaccine 10 μg - 5 μg, 5 μg, and Ⅱ group were inoculated with recombinant hepatitis B vaccine 5 μg -5 μg -5 μg. Group Ⅲ was inoculated with 10 μg -10 μg -10 μg hepatitis B gene engineering vaccine of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) , 1, 6 months program inoculation. Results: The positive rate of anti-HBs was 85 5%, 86 44% and 100 0% respectively at 1 year after the whole immunization. The geometric mean titers (GMTs) were respectively 5 0 5 0 mU / ml and 5 2 34mIU / ml and 14 3 19mIU / ml respectively. The positive rates of anti-HBs were 79 6 6%, 70 2 1% and 95 5 6% at 2 years after the whole immunization. The GMT was 2598mIU / ml and 30 48mIU / ml, 6 9 5 8mIU / ml. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the anti-HBs positive rate and GMT between the neonates born to HBsAg-negative mothers and the recombinant yeast Hepatitis B vaccine vaccinated with 10 μg -5 μg -5 μg and 5 μg -5 μg -5 μg However, in the second year after immunization, the antibody decay rate of 5 μg -5 μg -5 μg immunized group was faster than 10 μg -5 μg -5 μg group.
