对猕猴桃属(Actinidia)的10个种、5个品种、9个杂种在不同栽培条件下、不同授粉品种及不同采收期果实的氨基酸含量进行了4年的反复测试,观察到猕猴桃果实中含有17种氨基酸,其中有8种是人体所必需的.它们的含量差异较大.杂种F_1代氨基酸含量高低受亲本遗传基因所控制.
Amino acid contents of 10 species, 5 varieties and 9 hybrids of Actinidia under different cultivation conditions, different pollination varieties and different harvesting times were tested repeatedly for 4 years. It was observed that the fruit of Actinidia contained Seventeen kinds of amino acids, of which eight are essential for the human body, their content is quite different.The content of F_1 amino acid in the hybrid is controlled by the parental gene.
