本文用反相高效液相色谱法研究了铁、钴,钯-3,5-diBr-PADAT-SLS体系。在pH5.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,七种金属离子可与试剂生成配合物。用Spherisorb 5 ODS柱,含有4.02×10~(-2)mol/L KCl和0.06mol/L pH3.0HAc-NaAc甲醇/乙腈/水(83/0.5/16.5)溶液作为流动相,分离出了Fe~(2+)、Co~(2+)和Pd~(2+)配合物。对分离机理进行了初步研究。建立了铁、钴、钯的同时测定的HPLC-光度法。用于对虾饵料中铁、钴的测定,结果令人满意。
In this paper, reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to study the iron, cobalt, palladium-3,5-diBr-PADAT-SLS system. In pH 5.5 HAc-NaAc media, seven metal ions can form complexes with reagents. A Spherisorb 5 ODS column containing 4.02 × 10 -2 mol / L KCl and 0.06 mol / L pH3.0 HAc-NaAc methanol / acetonitrile / water (83 / 0.5 / 16.5) solution was used as the mobile phase to separate Fe ~ (2 +), Co ~ (2+) and Pd ~ (2+) complexes. A preliminary study of the mechanism of separation. The simultaneous determination of iron, cobalt and palladium by HPLC-spectrophotometry was established. For the shrimp feed iron, cobalt determination, the results are satisfactory.
