大跨度预应力混凝土主梁斜拉桥施工多采用大型前支点挂篮悬浇工艺进行施工,大型前支点挂篮自重大(载荷比一般为0.4~0.5)、体积大,安装时机位于塔梁重大工序转换期间,安装难度大且一定程度上影响桥梁施工的总工期,安装方法可采用支架法散件拼装,也可采用在地面预拼装后整体吊装方法。该文结合几座大跨径预应力混凝土梁斜拉桥前支点挂篮安装实例,对PC斜拉桥大型前支点挂篮的安装技术进行总结,得出针对不同施工条件下的挂篮安装方法。
