目的 探讨端粒酶检测在乳腺癌诊断中的作用及其在乳腺癌发生中与bcl 2和bax蛋白表达的相关性。方法 用原位杂交方法检测端粒酶的表达及其活性 ,采用免疫组织化学技术SABC法检测bcl 2和bax。结果 端粒酶在乳腺癌中的表达率明显高于癌前病变 (P <0 .0 1 )和乳腺良性肿瘤。端粒酶活性与bcl 2表达负相关 ,与bax表达显著负相关 ,与bcl 2 /bax比值明显正相关。结论 bcl 2 /bax表达失衡 (比值增大 )可能是端粒酶激活的重要途径之一。
Objective To investigate the role of telomerase detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer and its correlation with the expression of bcl 2 and bax protein in the development of breast cancer. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression and activity of telomerase. Immunohistochemical technique SABC method was used to detect bcl 2 and bax. Results The expression rate of telomerase in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in precancerous lesions (P < 0.01) and benign breast tumors. Telomerase activity was negatively correlated with bcl 2 expression, negatively correlated with bax expression, and positively correlated with bcl 2 /bax ratio. Conclusion The imbalance of bcl 2 /bax expression (increased ratio) may be one of the important ways to activate telomerase.
