橡胶工业常常由于胶料成分分散不均匀、质量低甚至胶料不能使用而面临加工质量问题。其原因有可能是由于长期储存或橡胶稳定性差以及在混炼中由于加工条件苛刻而造成氧化交联所致。标准橡胶抗降解剂对加工稳定性有一定的作用。专门采用的橡胶加工稳定剂可以减少在混炼中由于氧化反应而产生的问题。通过专门配合这些抗降解剂体系,可以使炭黑填充胶料、天然胶胶料和有色胶料在较宽的温度范围内减少凝胶的形成。另外,在白炭黑填充胶料,例如轮胎胎面胶料中可以采用抗降解剂体系。这样就可以在混炼中减少早期交联,降低胶料粘度,从而降低胶料温度。
The rubber industry is often faced with processing quality problems due to uneven dispersion of rubber compound, low quality or even non-use of rubber compound. The reason may be due to long-term storage or rubber stability is poor and in the mixing due to harsh processing conditions caused by oxidative crosslinking. Standard rubber antidegradant has certain effect on processing stability. Specifically used rubber processing stabilizer can reduce the problems arising in the mixing due to oxidation reaction. By specifically blending these antidegradant systems, carbon black, natural and colored compounds reduce gel formation over a wide temperature range. In addition, anti-degradant systems can be used in silica filler, such as tire tread stock. This reduces the early cross-linking during compounding, reduces the viscosity of the compound, and reduces the compound temperature.
