通过台架和田间试验,得到了气吹型孔轮式精密排种器播种玉米适宜的吹气压力范围,并通过单因素方差分析试验考察了吹气压力对株距合格率的影响情况。台架试验发现,在吹气压力大于0.5kPa条件下,株距合格率基本能在90%以上,能够实现精密排种。考虑多种因素,建议实际田间作业压力适宜范围为0.4~0.5kPa。气吹型孔轮式排种器适宜吹气压力范围广,漏播率低,田间播种性能稳定可靠。
Through the bench and field experiments, the suitable blowing pressure range of air blower type hole wheel precision seeding sowing corn was obtained, and the impact of air blowing pressure on the passing rate of plant spacing was investigated by single factor analysis of variance. Bench test found that blowing pressure is greater than 0.5kPa conditions, the spacing rate of 90% of the plant can basically, to achieve precision seeding. Considering a variety of factors, it is suggested that the actual field pressure should be 0.4 ~ 0.5kPa. Air-blown hole wheel seed metering device suitable for a wide range of inflatable pressure, low rate of missed seeding, field seeding performance is stable and reliable.
