发展了一种可以适应各种轻重液态纯烃和混合烃的微型脉冲热解色谱系统。使用该系统考察了纯烃的脉冲热解一次反应产物分布。并用脉冲法测定了正己烷热解的动力学数据。以大庆轻柴油为原料,对比了微型脉冲热解和连续式管式反应器热解的性能。还考察了不同轻柴油的脉冲热解与工业裂解炉和模拟实验炉结果的一致性。结果表明:微型脉冲热解能较好地反应不同纯烃及混合烃的结构和组成特性,具有快速、经济、耗样极少等特点,它在烃类热解的基础研究和评选、预测烯烃生产原料方面具有一定的实用价值。
A micro pulse pyrolysis chromatography system that can adapt to all kinds of light and heavy liquid hydrocarbons and mixed hydrocarbons has been developed. The system was used to investigate the pulse pyrolysis reaction product distribution of pure hydrocarbons. The kinetic data of n-hexane pyrolysis was determined by pulse method. Taking Daqing light diesel as raw material, the performance of micro-pulsed pyrolysis and continuous tubular reactor pyrolysis was compared. Also examined the consistency of the pulsed pyrolysis of different light diesel oil and industrial pyrolysis furnace and simulated experimental furnace results. The results show that micro-pulsed pyrolysis can better reflect the structure and compositional characteristics of different pure hydrocarbons and mixed hydrocarbons. It has the characteristics of rapidness, economy and minimal consumption. It is used in the basic research and selection of hydrocarbon pyrolysis, Production of raw materials has a certain practical value.
