目的:观察龙胆清热颗粒对复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型的影响。方法:用注射完全弗氏佐剂的方法,建立复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型。将模型复制成功的大鼠40只,随机分为5组,即模型对照组,龙胆清热颗粒高、中、低剂量组(简称高、中、低剂量组),牛黄上清片组,每组8只。各用药组给予相应浓度的药物灌胃。观察各药物对大鼠模型的症状、溃疡面积和充血程度的影响,并于用药后测定超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:用药后,龙胆清热颗粒高、中、低剂量组和牛黄上清片组大鼠模型的溃疡数目、直径、持续时间、间歇期较模型对照组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。提示龙胆清热颗粒与牛黄上清片均能有效改善口腔溃疡的症状,而高剂量龙胆清热颗粒治疗复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型更为理想。用药后,各用药组血清SOD活性及MDA含量与模型对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:龙胆清热颗粒对复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型的相应指标具有显著的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of gentianqingre granules on the rat model of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: The complete Freund’s adjuvant injection method was used to establish a rat model of recurrent oral ulcer. Forty rats with successful replication were randomly divided into five groups: model control group, gentianqingre granules, medium and low dose groups (high, middle and low dose groups) Group of eight. The treatment groups were given the appropriate concentration of drug gavage. The effects of each drug on the symptoms, ulcer area and hyperemia in rats were observed. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined after treatment. Results: After treatment, the number, diameter, duration and interval of ulcer of rats treated with gentianqingre granules in high, middle and low doses and bezoar supernatant groups were significantly improved compared with the model control group (P <0.01, P < 0.05). It is suggested that gentianqing granules and bezoar supernatant can effectively improve the symptoms of oral ulcer, while the high-dose gentianqingre granules is more ideal for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in rats. After treatment, the serum SOD activity and the content of MDA in each treatment group were significantly different from those in the model control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Gentian Qingre granules can significantly improve the corresponding index of rat model of recurrent oral ulcer.
