稀有贵重金属矿石深部回采时,为设计人工矿柱的几何参数,提出了深部回采人工矿柱合理宽度计算公式。针对高应力及大扰动,根据普氏地压学说理论,阐明了深部开采人工矿柱承载机理,从推导的公式中分析得到影响人工矿柱合理宽度的关键因素是回采跨度与回采深度,并进行了二者影响度的计算分析。结果表明:矿体回采跨度对人工矿柱宽度的影响度要远大于矿体的回采深度。结合某金矿工程实例,计算了深部回采人工矿柱的合理宽度,通过现场试验验证了公式计算的合理性及关键因素的影响度。
In the deep mining of rare precious metal ores, a formula to calculate the reasonable width of the deep mining artificial pillars is proposed to design the geometrical parameters of the artificial pillars. According to Platts theory, the bearing mechanism of deep mining artificial pillars is clarified. According to the derived formulas, the key factors influencing the reasonable width of artificial pillars are recovery span and recovery depth Computation and Analysis of the Influence Degree between the Two. The results show that the influence of mining recovery span on the width of artificial pillars is far greater than the recovery depth of ore bodies. Combined with a gold mine engineering example, the reasonable width of the artificial pillar in deep mining is calculated. The field test verifies the rationality of formula calculation and the influence of the key factors.
