该文针对贡川水电站水闸4~#、9~#闸墩裂缝问题进行分析。闸墩结构应力计算结果表明,闸墩混凝土强度满足设计要求,外荷载对闸墩裂缝影响不大。根据裂缝形成的时间、气温、长度与深度、闸墩混凝土质量分析,认为该闸墩裂缝主要由混凝土质量及温差引起。据此分析,闸墩裂缝采用表面修补法修补,效果良好。经此处理后,水闸墩顶未再发现裂缝。
This paper analyzes the cracks of 4 ~ #, 9 ~ # sluice of Gongchuan Hydropower Station. The results of stress calculation of sluice pier show that the concrete strength of sluice pier meets the design requirements and the external load has little effect on the fracture of sluice pier. According to the crack formation time, temperature, length and depth, the quality analysis of pier concrete, that the pier cracks mainly caused by the quality of concrete and temperature differences. Based on this analysis, the pier cracks repair surface repair method, the effect is good. After this treatment, no cracks were found on the top of the sluice pier.
