为减轻快速减重对机体的不良影响,本文设计制成“高支氨基酸胶囊”、“平氨要素”和“混合盐片”等三种营养品,进行了动物实验和人体试用。动物实验结果表明:补充三种营养品对维持禁食3d快速减重大鼠的血糖和K、Na、Ca、Mg等电解质水平,稳定内环境有一定作用,对防止禁食3d快速减重大鼠的心率加快,心电R波电压降低,ST段抬高,保护心脏功能也具有一定作用;对快速减体重未见明显影响,并可保持运动水平。举重运动员初步试用结果表明:赛前减重由2～3d延长至5～7d;减重速度由1.3～2.0kg.d~(-1)降至0.5～0.7kg.d~(-1);控制饮食采用逐日递减方式;再补充三种营养品,对减轻快速减重对机体的不良影响和保持运动水平有效。
In order to alleviate the adverse effects of rapid weight loss on the body, this paper designed and made three kinds of nutritional products, such as “high branch amino acid capsules”, “flat ammonia elements” and “mixed salt tablets”, for animal experiments and human trials. The results of the animal experiments show that the supplementation of three nutritional supplements can maintain the level of electrolytes such as blood glucose, K, Na, Ca, Mg and stabilize the internal environment in fasted 3d fast weight-loss rats, Heart rate, ECG R wave voltage decreases, ST segment elevation, the protection of cardiac function also has a certain effect; rapid weight loss no significant effect, and maintain exercise levels. The results of the preliminary trial of weightlifter showed that the weight loss before the game was prolonged from 2 to 3 days to 5 to 7 days, and the weight loss rate decreased from 1.3 to 2.0 kg · d -1 to 0.5 to 0.7 kg · d -1. Control diet day by day reduction mode; then add three kinds of nutrition products, to reduce the adverse effects of rapid weight loss on the body and maintain the level of exercise effective.
