近年来,清原地区全面推广香菇速生高产栽培技术,年产鲜菇达2000吨。但采用传统方法烘干很难达到出口质量标准。于是我们在1988年进行了香菇热风脱水加工技术研究。实践证明:干制后的香菇,菌盖内卷,呈铜锣状,菌褶直立,呈黄白色,一级品率在95%以上。商品价格由原来的每公斤20元,增至每公斤50元,建炉成本低,省工时、省燃料、操作方法简单,便于推广。现将方法报告如下。
In recent years, Qingyuan comprehensive promotion of high-yield mushroom cultivation technology, with an annual output of 2,000 tons of fresh mushrooms. However, the traditional method of drying is difficult to achieve export quality standards. So we conducted in 1988 mushroom hot air dehydration processing technology research. Practice has proved that: dried mushrooms, cap-covered, gong-like, fold upright, yellowish white, a product rate of 95% or more. The price of goods from the original 20 yuan per kilogram, increased to 50 yuan per kilogram, build low cost, save time, fuel the province, the operation method is simple and easy to promote. The method is reported below.
