运用问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法,对当今大学生生活方式与心理健康之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:大学生生活方式与心理健康水平呈中度正相关;生活方式中饮食习惯、锻炼体能、酒精药物、应激控制、安全、吸烟等对心理健康均有显著性影响;饮食习惯、锻炼体能、酒精药物是影响大学生心理健康水平的较佳预测指标;生活方式对心理健康的回归系数具有显著性的性别差异,生活方式对女生心理健康水平的影响要比对男生的影响大。建议重视生活方式对心理健康影响的研究,并将生生活方式作为预测大学生心理健康水平的重要指标。
Using the methods of questionnaire survey, literature research and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the relationship between life style and mental health of college students today. The results showed that there was a moderate positive correlation between college students’ life style and their mental health level. Dietary habits, exercise physical fitness, alcoholic drugs, stress control, safety and smoking had significant effects on mental health in college students. Dietary habits, physical activity , Alcohol drugs are better predictors of college students’ mental health. The regression coefficients of lifestyle on mental health have significant gender differences. Life style has more influence on the mental health of girls than boys. It is suggested to pay attention to the study of the influence of life style on mental health, and take life style as an important index to predict the mental health of college students.
