目的在高脂饮食诱导胰岛素抵抗(IR)的基础上,观察有氧运动对大鼠脂肪组织内脂素表达的影响。方法选取雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照组10只,予基础饲料;模型组20只,予高脂饲料。模型组大鼠予高脂喂养6周,随机分为2个亚组:IR组,继续高脂饮食;有氧运动组,予高脂饲料同时进行有氧运动干预。干预6周后,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分别检测3组大鼠内脏脂肪中内脂素表达的差异。结果高脂饮食成功诱导了IR,有氧运动显著改善了IR,高脂饮食组大鼠内脏脂肪中内脂素表达水平显著高于对照组,但显著低于运动组。结论有氧运动可明显改善IR,内脂素在其中起一定的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of aerobic exercise on visfatin expression in adipose tissue of rats based on the induction of insulin resistance (IR) by high-fat diet. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10), basal diet and model group (n = 20). Rats in model group were fed with high-fat diet for 6 weeks. They were randomly divided into 2 sub-groups: IR group and high-fat diet. Aerobic exercise group was given aerobic exercise. Six weeks after the intervention, the difference of visfatin expression in the visceral fat of the three groups was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results High-fat diet induced IR successfully. Aerobic exercise significantly improved IR. The expression of visfatin in visceral adipose tissue in high-fat diet group was significantly higher than that in control group, but significantly lower than that in exercise group. Conclusion Aerobic exercise can significantly improve IR, visfatin plays a role in them.
