[目的]探索一种收集野生油茶地蜂(Andrena camellia Wu)的方法。[方法]在前人研究的基础上介绍了一种用PVC管材收集油茶地蜂的装置。[结果]利用不同规格的PVC管材制成的巢管选择在油茶地蜂羽化出巢的前期或初期可收集到一定数量的野生油茶地蜂。在几种不同直径的供试PVC管材巢管中,无论从巢管的营巢率还是从单个巢管的平均营巢数来看,都是直径相对较大的巢管收集野生油茶地蜂的效果好。[结论]为实现油茶地蜂种群的成功迁出提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore a method for collecting Andrena camellia Wu. [Method] On the basis of previous studies, a device for collecting Camellia bee on PVC pipe was introduced. [Result] The selection of nesting pipes made of PVC pipe with different specifications could collect a certain amount of wild Camellia oleiferae in the early or early stage of emergence of Camellia oleifera. In several different diameters of tested PVC pipe nests, the nests of wild Camellia oleifera were collected by nests of relatively large diameters, no matter from the nesting rate of the nesting tube or the average nesting number of a single nesting tube Good effect. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the successful removal of Camellia bee populations.
