目的:建立风寒双离拐片中马钱子碱和士的宁的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法测定,色谱柱:Diamonil(钻石)C_(18)(4.6×150mm 5μm),0.02mol/L的醋酸铵溶液(用冰醋酸调节PH值至4.30)-乙腈(77:23)为流动相,流速0.1ml·min~(-1),检测波长254nm。结果:马钱子碱和士的宁分别在0.1015~1.5240μg和0.1132~1.6980μg范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程分别为Y=1176207+12117.46X(r=0.9997);Y=2212040-12692.6X(r=0.9995)回收率为98.37%,98.37%。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于该药品成分的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of strychnine and strychnine in Fenghuang Shuangyihu tablets. Method: HPLC method, column: Diamonil (diamond) C 18 (4.6×150mm 5μm), 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate solution (pH adjusted to 4.30 with glacial acetic acid)-acetonitrile (77:23) Mobile phase, flow rate 0.1 ml·min -1, detection wavelength 254 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between strychnine and strychnine in the ranges of 0.1015~1.5240μg and 0.1132~1.6980μg, respectively. The regression equations were Y=1176207+12117.46X (r=0.9997) and Y=2212040-12692.6, respectively. The recovery rate of X (r=0.9995) was 98.37% and 98.37%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of the content of the drug.
