目的系统评价我国职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常的关系。方法检索万方、维普、CNKI数据库2002—2015年间公开发表的职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常相关性的研究。用Revman 5.0软件进行统计分析,各研究间存在统计学异质性(P<0.05,I~2>50%),故采用随机效应模型合并效应值OR及其95%CI。结果检索出相关中文文献155篇,最终纳入21篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,噪声暴露组心电图异常检出率和非噪声组异常检出率的合并效应量OR=2.30,95%CI为2.10~2.53(P<0.000 01)。结论职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常之间有相关性,噪声暴露组心电图异常检出率是非噪声组异常检出率的2.30倍。
Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between occupational noise exposure and abnormal ECG detection in our country. Methods The correlation between occupational noise exposure and electrocardiogram abnormalities published between Wanfang, VIP and CNKI databases from 2002 to 2015 was searched. Statistical analysis using Revman 5.0 software showed statistically significant heterogeneity among studies (P <0.05, I ~ 2> 50%), so the random effects model was used to combine the effect of OR and its 95% CI. The results retrieved 155 related Chinese documents and finally included 21 articles. Meta-analysis showed that the combined effect of the detection rate of ECG abnormality and the detection rate of abnormality in no-noise group was 2.30 and 2.53 (P <0.000 01), respectively. Conclusion There is a correlation between occupational noise exposure and ECG abnormalities. The detection rate of ECG abnormalities in noise exposure group is 2.30 times higher than that in non-noise group.
