:
研究蝙蝠的超声定位特性对智能设备的性能提高具有重要的借鉴意义,精确的生物模型是此类研究的前提.简述Micro-CT的重构原理,并应用该设备与计算机相结合制作了中国大菊头蝙蝠超声波发声器官的数字三维立体模型.该数字模型精确度高,并可根据研究需要变化模型矩阵的大小.该方法及中国大菊头蝠鼻叶数字模型此前国内未见报道.

医学超声图像是脂肪肝诊断的常用工具,为了使医生能够更准确地评价脂肪肝,需要建立一种指标体系对脂肪肝超声图像进行定量评价。本研究采用多分辨率分形布朗运动(Fractal brownian motion,FBM)模型及遗传算法(Genetic algorithm,GA)构造了一个定量评价方法,并获得脂肪肝医学超声图像定量评价体系。该体系对于辅助医生更加准确地诊断评价脂肪肝病变程度具有潜在的应用价值。
主要研究的是相机标定和双目定位问题。为了对相机进行标定,根据仿射变换理论,运用图像处理方法找到若干对应点,再用Lingo软件通过最小二乘法标定了数码相机的内外部参数,建立起了靶标上的点与像点之间的对应关系。通过合理的假设和算法优化,减小了计算机求解的时间复杂度和空间复杂度,运算较快而且结果精度较高、鲁棒性好。
