纵观世界各国,从80年代到90年代,为了扶持本国的中小企业和高科技企业发展,纷纷设立证券市场之外的第二板块市场。 世界最为引人注目和最为成功的是美国的那斯达克,除那斯达克之外,在亚洲,不少国家和地区都设有第二板市场。新加坡早在1987年就建立了新加坡自动报价股市(SESDAQ)。马来西亚在1988年成立了以小型公司为对象的吉隆坡证券交易所二板市场(KLSE的the second board),又于近期成立了主要以高科技公司为对象的马来西亚自动报价系统(MESDAQ)。此外,日本政府也于1983年分别在大阪、东京和名古屋建立了第二板市场,并于1991年正式成立日本自动报价系统(JASDAQ)。台湾十分重视以高科技产业为中心的产业结构调整,近年来台湾的柜台市场(OTC)很活跃。在台湾的OTC市场上,高科技公司占有40%的比重。值得注意的是,最近香港联交所推出了创业板市场,为我国赴境外上市又开辟了新渠道。欧洲各国借鉴NAS-DAQ的成功经验,也相继设立了一些为中小企业及高科技企业服务的资本市场,如欧盟的EASDAQ市场、英国的另项投资市场(AIM)、欧洲新市场(EURO.NM)。另外,欧洲等国在设立二板市场之初,曾经失败过,本系列也将详细介绍。 整个系列共分为四个部分,主要介绍世界上最为成功和出名的二板市场:第一部分介绍美国的二板市场;?
