解放以来,上海共建造了住宅建筑面积2600万平方米,占全市现有住宅建筑面积的一半多。六五期间共完成约2000万平方米,相当于30多年来上海建造住宅的87.5％。七五期间上海住宅建设平均每年将超过500万平方米。上海住宅建设逐年递增,到1990年,上海的居住情况将有较大改善,基本解决困难户。到本世纪末,上海将新建住宅面积8000万平方米,实现每户一套“小康”住宅。上海市于一九八六年组织了一次规模较大的上海七五职工住宅定型设计方案竞赛。共收到322个住宅设计方案,其中多层住宅236个,
Since the liberation, Shanghai has built a residential construction area of 26 million square meters, accounting for more than half of the city’s existing residential construction area. A total of approximately 20 million square meters was completed during the period of the Sixth Five-Year Plan, equivalent to 87.5% of Shanghai-built houses in more than 30 years. During the 7th five-year period, Shanghai’s residential construction will average more than 5 million square meters per year. The housing construction in Shanghai has been increasing year by year. By 1990, the living conditions in Shanghai will be greatly improved, basically solving difficult households. By the end of the century, Shanghai will build 80 million square meters of new residential buildings and achieve a “well-off” residential for each household. In 1986, Shanghai organized a large-scale Shanghai Seven-Five Workers’ Residential Design Design Competition. A total of 322 residential design projects were received, of which 236 were multi-storey residential buildings.
