目的研究双任务眨眼条件反射建立过程中豚鼠听觉惊吓反射(acoustic startle reflex,ASR)特征参数,及其对眨眼条件反射(classical eyeblink conditioning,EBC)的影响。方法 18只健康雄性英国种白化豚鼠分成3组(n=6):单任务-延迟性眨眼条件反射组、单任务-痕迹性眨眼条件反射组、双任务组。实验采用不同音频的正弦波纯音(3 kHz和1 kHz)作为条件刺激(conditioned stimulus,CS),100 ms束状氧气流作为非条件刺激(unconditioned stimulus,US)对动物进行配对训练,观察实验各组ASR的特征参数。结果双任务组中,豚鼠对3 kHz-CS表现出的ASR率与对1 kHz-CS表现出的ASR率相比差异具有显著性(F=198.685,P<0.01),前者显著高于后者,相应的,豚鼠对3 kHz-CS训练的痕迹性眨眼条件反射表现出更高的习得率。单任务组中的延迟性眨眼条件反射组和痕迹性眨眼条件反射组的ASR率组间差异无显著性(F=2.544,P>0.05),其眨眼条件反射学习规律与其他研究类似。结论在双任务眨眼条件反射训练过程中,高音频CS会抑制低音频CS的ASR反应,进而影响低音频CS对应的条件反射的学习。
Objective To study the characteristic parameters of acoustic startle reflex (ASR) and its effect on the expression of classical eyeblink conditioning (EBC) in double-task blink reflex. Methods Eighteen healthy male British albino guinea pigs were divided into 3 groups (n = 6): single task - delayed blink reflex group, single task - scarred eye reflex group, dual task group. Experiments were performed using pure sine waves of different frequencies (3 kHz and 1 kHz) as conditioned stimulus (CS) and 100 ms of beam oxygen flow as unconditioned stimulus (US) Group ASR characteristic parameters. Results In the dual task group, the ASR rate of 3 kHz-CS in guinea pigs was significantly higher than that of 1 kHz-CS (F = 198.685, P <0.01), and the former was significantly higher than the latter , And accordingly, guinea pigs showed higher acquisition rates for the trace blink reflex of 3 kHz-CS training. There were no significant differences in the ASR rate between the delayed-onset blink reflex group and the trace blink reflex group (F = 2.544, P> 0.05) in the single task group. The learning behavior of conditioned reflex in the blink reflex was similar to other studies. Conclusions During dual-task blink reflex training, high-frequency CS can suppress the ASR response of low-frequency CS, and then influence the learning of conditioned reflexes corresponding to low-frequency CS.
