This paper reports the application of LDH assay to study the ADCC and NK effects of various types of hepatitis B patients and chronic asymptomatic carriers. The results show that in the acute phase of acute hepatitis B, chronic migration ADCC and NK activity in patients with active hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis were significantly lower than those in healthy controls, while ADCC and NK activity returned to normal levels in the recovery period of all kinds of hepatitis B patients, which were not significantly different from those in healthy controls Difference (P> 0.05).
