在高校素质教育全面落实的过程中,很多音乐学科受到了充分关注,艺术教育也随之成为主体教育形式之一,承担起高校教育中的美育教育职责。与此同时,高校的器乐音乐教学得到了前所未有的发展机遇,铜管打击乐团也在这个背景下迅速发展,以其独特的音乐魅力,吸引着众多学生的音乐兴趣。但是,由于高校的铜管打击乐团处于起步阶段,不容易进行完善的训练与管理,因此实际的教学效用并不高。笔者对高校铜管打击乐团的管理训练方法进行研究,以实质性地提高高校音乐教育质量。
In the course of the full implementation of quality education in colleges and universities, many music disciplines have received full attention. Art education has also become one of the main forms of education, and has assumed the responsibility of aesthetic education in higher education. At the same time, the instrumental music teaching in colleges and universities has enjoyed unprecedented opportunities for development. The brass percussion group has also developed rapidly in this context. With its unique musical charm, it attracts many students’ musical interest. However, since the brass band at a university is in its infancy, it is not easy to conduct sound training and management. Therefore, the actual effectiveness of teaching is not high. The author of the university brass percussion management training methods to study, to substantially improve the quality of music education in colleges and universities.
