目的　了解长沙市某税务分局税务干部的健康状况。方法　对 173名税务干部进行较全面的健康查体。结果　该分局职工总患病率为 5 5 5 % ,高血压检出率居首位 ,其次为脂肪肝 ;男性职工冠心病、ALT异常的检出率高于女性 ;离退休职工中高血压、冠心病、高脂血症等疾患检出率高于在职职工 ;乙肝小三阳、大三阳感染率为 3 47%。结论　应继续加强税务干部的预防保健工作 ,倡导健康的生活方式 ,做好乙肝疫苗的强化接种工作。 Objective To understand the health status of tax officials in a tax bureau in Changsha. Methods A total of 173 tax cadres to conduct a more comprehensive physical examination. Results The total prevalence rate of staff in this branch was 55.5%, with the highest rate of hypertension being detected, followed by fatty liver. The detection rate of ALT abnormalities in male workers was higher than that in women. Heart disease, hyperlipidemia and other diseases detection rate higher than the working staff; hepatitis B small three positive, big three positive infection rate of 377%. Conclusions Should continue to strengthen the prevention and health care work of tax cadres, promote healthy lifestyles, and do a good job of hepatitis B vaccine inoculation.
