在杭钢VD精炼炉工业化实验的基础上研究了VD处理过程炉渣组元对GCr15钢中[Al]s的影响,以及VD真空时间和真空度对GCr15钢中总氧的影响.实验结果表明,在2.5~4.5的碱度范围内,随着碱度的升高,VD过程钢中的[Al]s烧损减少,但渣中CaO被还原的趋势增加.随着真空处理时间延长,钢材中的总氧含量先迅速降低,16min后趋于平稳.当真空度大于67Pa时,钢中总氧量随真空度的降低而降低,但在真空度小于67Pa后,降低真空度,钢中总氧含量反而上升.
Based on the industrialization experiment of VD refining furnace in Hangzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the effect of slag component in VD process on [Al] s in GCr15 steel and the effect of VD vacuum time and vacuum degree on total oxygen in GCr15 steel were studied.The experimental results show that, In the alkalinity range of 2.5-4.5, the loss of [Al] s in VD process steel decreases with the increase of alkalinity, but the tendency of CaO reduction in slag increases with the increase of vacuum time, The total oxygen content decreased rapidly first and then stabilized after 16min.When the vacuum degree is greater than 67Pa, the total oxygen content in the steel decreases with the decrease of the vacuum degree, but after the vacuum degree is less than 67Pa, the vacuum degree is reduced, Instead, the content increased.
