本文报道了一种新型席夫碱8-羟基-久洛尼定-(2-吡啶)腙(L)的荧光探针,并用于识别检测Al~(3+).探针L与Al~(3+)络合使溶液颜色由淡黄色变为黄色,同时在480 nm处荧光显著增强,可实现Al~(3+)的选择性识别检测,检测限为8.22×10~(-8)M.通过等摩尔连续变化法测定及质谱表征,L与Al~(3+)形成1:1的络合物,核磁共振光谱进一步确定L与Al~(3+)的结合模式,为探针L应用于离子传感器研制奠定了理论基础.
In this paper, a new fluorescent probe of Schiff base 8-hydroxy-julolidine- (2-pyridyl) hydrazone (L) has been reported and used to identify Al 3+ probe L and Al ~ 3+) complexes changed the color of the solution from yellowish yellow to yellow, and at the same time the fluorescence at 480 nm was significantly enhanced. The selective detection of Al 3+ could be achieved with the detection limit of 8.22 × 10 -8 M . By equimolar continuous change method and mass spectrometry characterization, L and Al ~ (3+) form a 1: 1 complex, and the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum further determines the binding mode of L and Al ~ (3+) Applied to the development of ion sensors has laid a theoretical foundation.
