目的建立气相色谱法同时测定小儿感冒颗粒中百秋李醇、薄荷脑、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯含量的方法。方法色谱柱:HP-5柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);柱温采用程序升温:起始40℃,保持5min,8℃/min升至180℃,保持2.5 min;进样口温度:250℃;检测器(FID)温度:300℃;载气为氮气,流速为2.0ml/min;进样量为1μl,分流比为20∶1。结果果α-蒎烯在浓度为5.060-80.96μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.75%,RSD为1.3%(n=6);β-蒎烯在浓度为10.06~160.9μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为102.26%,RSD为1.1%(n=6);薄荷脑在浓度为5.035~80.56μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.32%,RSD为0.8%(n=6);百秋李醇在浓度为19.10~305.7μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.69%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确,能同时测定4种有效成分的含量,可作为小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of berberine, menthol, α-pinene and β-pinene in children with cold by gas chromatography. Method Column temperature: HP-5 column (30m × 0.32mm × 0.25μm). The temperature of the column was raised by programmed temperature: the initial temperature was raised at 40 ℃ for 5min and the temperature was raised to 180 ℃ at 8 ℃ / 250 ° C; temperature of FID: 300 ° C; carrier gas of nitrogen, flow rate of 2.0 ml / min; injection volume of 1 μl, split ratio of 20: 1. Results The results showed that the linearity of α-pinene at the concentration of 5.060-80.96μg / ml was good, r = 0.9999, the average recovery was 101.75% and the RSD was 1.3% (n = 6) The linear relationship was good at 160.9μg / ml with r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 102.26% and the RSD was 1.1% (n = 6). The concentration of menthol in the range of 5.035-80.56μg / ml was good, r = 0.9997 The average recovery was 98.32% and the RSD was 0.8% (n = 6). The linear correlation was observed between the concentrations of pemetrexed at 19.10 ~ 305.7μg / ml, r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 99.69% and the RSD was 1.5% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can simultaneously determine the content of four active ingredients, which can be used as the quality control of children’s cold granules.
