京58地下储气库群中永22储气库为未开发的凝析气藏,采出气含大量H_2S,项目采用干法脱硫技术对H_2S进行脱除。由于该储气库为凝析气藏,采出气中含有凝析油,虽然脱硫塔之前对凝析油进行了分离,但仍不可避免的会有部分凝析油被带入脱硫塔,这就导致脱硫剂出现板结,造成脱硫剂卸剂困难。本文以永22储气库脱硫设计及运行情况为依托,研究预防脱硫剂板结的技术,以期提高脱硫剂的实际硫容、提高脱硫剂卸剂的便捷性。
The Zhong22 reservoir in Beijing 58 underground gas reservoir group is an undeveloped condensate gas reservoir with a large amount of H 2 S gas. The project uses dry desulfurization technology to remove H 2 S. As the gas reservoir is a condensate gas reservoir, the production gas contains condensate. Although the condensate oil is separated before the desulfurization tower, some condensate oil is still inevitably brought into the desulfurization tower. Resulting in desiccant plate junction, desorbent dilapidation caused difficult. Based on the desulfurization design and operation of Yong22 gas storage, this paper studies the technology of preventing the desulfurization agent from compaction, in order to improve the actual sulfur capacity of desulfurization agent and enhance the convenience of desulfurization agent.
