船用柴油发电机组并联运行时往往会出现有功负载分配不均匀的问题。这样的结果,将会影响供电的可靠性和全船的安全操作,因此必须进行调整,使各机组所承担的负载大体一致,本文结合一艘柴油一电动船并联运行的柴油发电机的调整,提出了一个柴油机调速率δ的公式。这个公式比较全面地反映了影响机组有功负载分配不均的因素,而正确地使用这一公式有助于查明负载分配不均的原因,缩短调整的时间。本文详细地论述了影响柴油发电机并联运行时负载分配不均原因和调整的方法。在实际调整试验中,运用此法可使机组的并联运行的有功负载分配达到满意的结果。
Marine diesel generators often run in parallel with active load distribution problems. Such results will affect the reliability of the power supply and the safe operation of the whole ship and must be adjusted so that the load borne by each unit is substantially the same. In this paper, a diesel-electric generator operating in parallel with a diesel-electric boat is adjusted, A formula of diesel engine speed regulation δ is proposed. This formula reflects the factors affecting the uneven distribution of active load in the unit more fully. Using this formula correctly can help identify the cause of uneven load distribution and shorten the adjustment time. This paper discusses in detail the causes and adjustments of uneven distribution of load during diesel generator parallel operation. In the actual adjustment test, using this method can make the unit’s parallel operation of the active load distribution to achieve satisfactory results.
