采摘后番茄(Lycotersicum esculentum Mill)和黄瓜(Cucumis sativusL.)分别用0、0.01,0.05,0.1g/L水杨酸(SA)溶液浸泡或0,0.001,0.01,0.05,0.1g/L的SA溶液浸泡15min,贮于(2±1)℃冷害温度下,测定与冷害有关的生理生化指标。结果表明,冷藏期间,0.01g/L和0.1g/LSA处理番茄的细胞膜电解质渗出率,丙二醛(MDA)含量和游离脯氨酸含量都不同程度低于对照;0.001g/LSA处理能明显降低冷害温度下黄瓜细
