目的:探索应用快速成型技术定制个体化牵张器的方法。方法:5例实验用犬,获取CT扫描头部影像数据后进行影像三维重建,应用快速成型技术制作犬头骨模型,根据模型进行定制犬下颌骨个体化弧形牵张器。然后将牵张器安放于犬下颌骨。结果:个体化牵张器与模型高度吻合,体外模型模拟牵张过程顺利,手术过程快捷,伤口一期愈合。结论:应用快速成型技术对个体化牵张器的设计、制造有极大的辅助作用,与原有骨骼高度吻合,可有效提高手术速度,提高手术成功率。
Objective: To explore a method of customizing individual distractor using rapid prototyping technique. Methods: Five cases of experimental dogs were used to acquire the three-dimensional reconstruction of CT images of the head. The canine skull model was made by rapid prototyping technique. The dogs were individually tailored according to the model. Then place the distractor on the canine mandible. Results: The individualized distractor was highly consistent with the model. The in vitro model simulating the stretch process was smooth, the operation procedure was quick and the wound healed in one time. Conclusion: The application of rapid prototyping technology for the design and manufacture of individual distractor has a great supporting role, which is highly consistent with the original bone, which can effectively improve the operation speed and improve the success rate of operation.
