随着建设项目交通影响评价工作在各个城市开展,国家及地方均出台了相应的技术标准,但现有标准均侧重于对宏观指标进行评价,对个体性指标的规定却较为欠缺。未来随着市民出行质量要求提高,现有标准将无法满足实际工作需要。通过引入路网承载力概念,以实现交通供需平衡为目标,构建人均道路面积计算模型;随后以镇江市居住类项目为例,对模型进行理论求解;最后利用Transcad软件及镇江市典型居住类项目对理论计算值的合理性进行检验。
With the construction project traffic impact assessment carried out in various cities, both the state and local governments have promulgated corresponding technical standards. However, the existing standards focus on the evaluation of macroeconomic indicators and the lack of individual indicators. In the future, with the improvement of citizen travel quality requirements, existing standards will not meet the needs of actual work. By introducing the concept of road network bearing capacity and achieving the balance between supply and demand of transportation, the per-capita road area calculation model is constructed. Then, taking Zhenjiang residential project as an example, the model is solved theoretically. Finally, by using Transcad software and typical residential projects in Zhenjiang The rationality of theoretical calculation is tested.
