无论对于热爱游玩的旅行达人,还是需要经常需要满世界飞的商务精英来说,时差都是件令人不快的体验。一次精心安排的长途旅行,亦或一次任务繁重的商务会谈,都无法避免时差对人生理上的影响:疲惫、无力、失眠,甚至食欲不振,都会让出行质量大打折扣。到达目的地后,不妨首先抽出一段时间,去做一个针对性的SPA。
Time lag is an unpleasant experience both for traveling-loving travelers and business elites who often need to fly around the world. A well-planned long-distance travel, or a heavy business meeting, are unable to avoid the physical impact of jet lag: fatigue, weakness, insomnia, and even loss of appetite, will make travel quality greatly reduced. After arriving at the destination, may wish to first take some time to do a targeted SPA.
