放射治疗中的剂量分割与耐受一直是个有争论的同题。我们的研究工作是以猪的皮肤反应为观察指标,并从急性反应(湿性脱皮)和结缔组织的后期反应二方面同时进行。猪的上述耐受反应较人的略高但基本类似。 修复:我们发现,NSD对后期组织反应的耐受是估计不足的,此外,β/β之比跟疗程有关,也跟分割的间隔时间有关。用不完全修复模式来研究,并以半修复时间来表示,发现每天3次,间隔时间为小于一小时,半修复时间为0.38h。当改变分割次数及间隔时间时,半修复时间随之改变,这说明修复过程有2个成分,一是快修复过程,其半修复
Dosage segmentation and tolerance in radiation therapy have always been the subject of controversy. Our research work was based on the skin reaction of pigs and was performed simultaneously from the acute reaction (wet peeling) and the later reaction of connective tissue. The above-mentioned tolerant response of pigs is slightly higher than that of humans but is basically similar. Repair: We found that the tolerance of NSD to late-stage tissue responses was underestimated. In addition, the ratio of β/β was related to the course of treatment and also related to the interval of segmentation. The study was performed with incomplete repair mode and expressed as half-repair time. It was found that three times a day, the interval time was less than one hour, and the half-repair time was 0.38 hours. When the number of divisions and the interval time are changed, the half-repair time changes. This shows that the repair process has two components, one is a quick repair process, and the other is a half-repair process.
