为发掘库拉索芦荟中的内生真菌资源,从云南元江野生样本中共分离到内生真菌318株,并从中筛选得到1株具有广谱抗菌能力的菌株F80。通过其形态特征、生理生化特性及ITS序列的同源性分析,确认该菌株为哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)。实验表明,该菌株对棉花枯萎病(Fusarium oxysporium)、苹果轮纹病(Macrophoma kawatsukai)、苹果早期落叶病(Alternaria alternate)及小麦赤霉病(Gibberella saubinetii)等抑制效果显著,具有较好的生防应用潜力。
To discover endophytic fungi in Aloe vera, 318 endophytic fungi were isolated from the wild samples of Yuanjiang, Yunnan, and 1 strain F80 with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity was screened out. The strain was identified as Trichoderma harzianum by analyzing its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and homology analysis of ITS sequences. The results showed that the strain had significant inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporium, Macrophoma kawatsukai, Alternaria alternate and Gibberella saubinetii, Anti-application potential.
