目的:分析信息化管理在妇产科护理管理中的使用效果。方法:将所有患者的信息录入系统里,从信息的登记、修改、查询、审核、反馈、汇总等方面进行,在护理时按妇产科具体情况合理操作。为了提高护理效果,将妇产科信息管理分为护理、治疗、生产、康复、婴儿发展、查询、互助交流等区域。结果:为了保证信息完整,根据患者不同阶段记录资料,并对其进行跟踪调查及时反馈,发现异常及时处理,有效提高患者满意度。结论:妇产科护理信息化管理有效性提高,提高护理效率,让妇产科护理管理更加科学化和合理化。
Objective: To analyze the effect of information management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods: The information of all patients were entered into the system, from the information registration, modification, query, review, feedback, summary and so on, according to the specific circumstances of obstetrics and gynecology operation reasonable. In order to improve the nursing effect, the obstetrics and gynecology information management is divided into the areas of nursing, treatment, production, rehabilitation, infant development, inquiry, mutual aid and communication. Results: In order to ensure the integrity of information, patients were recorded according to different stages, and follow-up investigation of timely feedback and found that abnormalities in a timely manner to effectively improve patient satisfaction. Conclusion: The effectiveness of information management of obstetrics and gynecology nursing improves and the efficiency of nursing is improved so that the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology is more scientific and rationalized.
