目的:研究P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白及HPV16/18在宫颈癌中表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测了80例宫颈癌组织中P 33ING1b和P 53蛋白的表达,分析HPV16/18型在宫颈癌中的感染率与P 33ING1b及P 53的关系。结果:P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白的阳性率分别为41.25%和57.50%,共阳性表达25例(31.25%),两者间有相关性(P<0.01)。HPV 16阳性为54例(67.50%);HPV 18阳性为17例(21.25%)。HPV 16阳性例数中有39例P 53阳性(72.2%),有31例P 33ING1b阳性(57.41%),HPV 18阳性例数中有11例P 53阳性(64.71%),有9例P 33ING1b阳性(52.94%);宫颈癌组织中HPV16/18的感染与P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白表达之间均有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达呈正相关关系,HPV16/18在宫颈癌中的感染与P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白表达均有相关性。
Objective: To study the correlation between P 33ING1b, P 53 protein and HPV16 / 18 expression in cervical cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of P 33ING1b and P 53 protein in 80 cases of cervical cancer. The relationship between the infection rate of HPV16 / 18 and P 33ING1b and P 53 in cervical cancer was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of P 33ING1b and P 53 protein were 41.25% and 57.50%, respectively. The positive expression rates of P 33ING1b and P 53 protein were 25 (31.25%) in both groups (P <0.01). The positive rate of HPV 16 was 54 (67.50%), and the positive rate of HPV 18 was 17 (21.25%). Among the HPV16-positive cases, 39 cases were positive for P53 (72.2%), 31 cases were positive for P33ING1b (57.41%), 11 cases were positive for P53 (64.71%), 9 cases were P33ING1b (52.94%). There was a significant correlation between HPV16 / 18 infection and the expression of P33ING1b and P53 in cervical cancer (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The positive expression of P 33ING1b and P 53 protein in cervical cancer is positively correlated. The infection of HPV16 / 18 in cervical cancer is related to the expression of P 33ING1b and P 53 protein.
