利用微机动态检测电网母线电压和进线电流,通过实时检测、快速计算实现智能化控制,以对再起动电动机逐批发出自起动指令,使再起动过程更加合理,满足规范和生产工艺流程要求。既节约了投资,简化了系统构成,又提高了运行可靠性,方便日常维护,在石油化工企业应用中取得了显著的效果,增加了间接的经济效益,具有广阔的推广前景。
Using computer to dynamically detect the grid voltage and line current of the power grid, intelligent control can be realized by real-time detection and quick calculation to issue the starting instruction batch by batch to the restarting motor to make the restarting process more reasonable and meet the requirements of specification and production process flow. The invention not only saves the investment, simplifies the system structure, improves the operation reliability and facilitates routine maintenance, has obtained remarkable effect in the application of petrochemical enterprises, increases indirect economic benefits, and has broad promotion prospect.
